Users: Wifi Devices

Devices that are connected to the machine are displayed under “All Devices”. You can also manually add a device by clicking the “+Add Device” button and input the device’s Hostname, MAC Address and IP Address. 

And if you want to narrow down the list of devices, you can use the following filters:

• Active
• Connected
• Disconnected
• With Session
• With Free Session
• With Subscription
• With Subscription (Auto Bill)
• Passcode Required

If you want to find a specific device, you can search it using its Alias, Hostname, IP Address or MAC Address.

In the device list, you can find the following information for each device:

• Alias
• Hostname
• IP Address
• Pass Code
• Cloner
• Session Summary
• Status

You also have “Options”  to manage devices and perform the following actions:

• Add Session 
  • Choose Session Type (Time, Data, Subscription, Time with Data Capping)
  • Set download and upload speed
  • Enable/disable session expiration 
  • Allow/disallow session pause
  • Log to sales inventory or not 
• Edit Session
  • Change Session Type (Time, Data, Subscription, Time with Data Capping)
  • Add time or data to current session
  • Change the set upload and download speed
  • Enable/disable session expiration 
  • Allow/disallow session pause
• View Available Session Details
  • Status
  • Type
  • Time
  • Data
  • Voucher
  • Download Speed
  • Upload Speed
  • Expiration
  • Allow Pause (Yes/No)

• View records of used sessions
• View/update device information such as Alias, IP Address, MAC Address and Pass Code

• And additional option to Start, Pause or Delete Session 

Blocked Devices

User devices are blocked by any of the two reasons:

1. You manually blocked a specific device
2. Devices reached “insert coin” max limits without actually inserting coins.

To unblock a device, just click the “Unblock” button. 

DHCP Leases

You can choose what host you want to add/lease and also you can remove it anytime. Click here to learn more about dhcp leases.

You can see the details of the dhcp leases here:

• Hostname
• IP Address
• MAC Address
• Start
• End/Expiration

You can also search the ip address of the hosts.

Activity Logs

Tracking user and admin activities is very important so that the admin will be aware of his/her machine. The activities like inserting coin, session started, session stopped, Customer login will be recorded here. You can search the log whatever you want and also you can clear the logs ofcourse.
