Create Vouchers

Voucher Type

Select what type of voucher you want to generate. 

• Time
  • Days, Hours, Minutes 
    Consumable time defined by the number of Days, Hours and Minutes. 
• Data
  • Data capping for each voucher (megabytes)
    Set the size of consumable data for each voucher in megabytes. 
• Time with data capping
  Its difference in comparison to “Time Voucher” is the data capping. This voucher type is valid for  a certain period and as long as the allocated Data is not yet fully consumed.
  • Data capping for each voucher (megabytes)
    Set the size of consumable data for each voucher in megabytes. 
  • Time capping for each voucher
    Consumable time defined by the number of days, hours and minutes  - and as long as the Allocated Data (Data capping for each voucher) is still available or not fully consumed. 
• Subscription
  No data and time capping. Ideal for customers who want to pay  in recurring periods (Weekly, Bi-weeklly or Monthly).

You can also set auto bill monthly for the voucher. You must set Monthly Bill Amount, Customer Phone Number, Billing Date and Due Date.

Additional/common settings for the Voucher Types discussed above:

• Download & Upload Speed
  Set the download and upload speed specific for each voucher. 
• Expiration
  (Expiration value is added on top of consumable Time that you set in the Time field above. )
  
  e.g
  Voucher Time = 7 days
  Expiration = 1 day/s
  
  Based on the example, your voucher will expire after 8 days. 
  If you don’t want the voucher to expire, check the “No expiration” box.
  • Allow Pause
    Once the voucher session is activated and started, the voucher time consumption is running regardless of your device activities. To allow pause (pause session time), check the “Allow Pause” box. It means your time consumption is paused while not using the internet. 
  • How many vouchers to create?
    Set the number of vouchers to generate with the settings above.
  • Maximum Users Per Voucher
    Number of users who can use the same voucher.  
  • Price Per Voucher
    Amount the customers pay for each voucher. 
  • Voucher Charset
    You can choose how you would like your voucher  to look whether it’s ALPHANUMERIC, ALPHABETIC, NUMERIC or HEX. 
  • Voucher Capitalization
    You also have the options to have the voucher in capital letters (UPPERCASE) or small letters (LOWERCASE).
  • Voucher Code Prefix
    You can add a certain distinctive prefix to help you easily identify vouchers. Will be very helpful when you already generated several vouchers and in different types and settings.
  • Voucher Length
    The number of characters of the voucher. 
• Eload (Available only in the Philippines)
  This voucher is specific only for the e-loading feature of the wifi vending machine. 
  • Eload Amount
    The load amount equivalent to each voucher. 
  • Price Per Voucher
    The amount customers pay for each voucher. 

Voucher Lists

In the voucher list, you can filter the vouchers by batches, set the number of items to display per page or search a specific voucher code. 

You can also check the following boxes:

• Auto-delete used vouchers
  To delete vouchers that have already  been used by the customers
• Show voucher users
  To show details of the user/s of each voucher.

Selecting vouchers will also show the following buttons or options:

• Download Spreadsheet
• Delete Selected
• Bulk Edit Vouchers
